ReliaTel 2.5 Certified Avaya Compliant through Avaya DevConnect Program...

Anaheim, California — TONE Software Corporation, a leading provider of voice network management technology today announced that its ReliaTel Management Solution version 2.5 is compliant with key Internet protocol (IP) telephony solutions from Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications applications, systems and services.
 
ReliaTel enables enterprises and Service Providers to cost effectively manage converging, multi-vendor voice environments across TDM, VoIP, and IP Telephony through a single application, using a unified management portal.

The ReliaTel application now is compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with:

  • Avaya Communications Manager - Version 5.0
  • IP Office - Version 4.2.11
  • SIP Enablement Services - Version 5.0
  • Modular Messaging - Version 4.0

As a Gold member of the program, TONE Software is eligible to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab in Lincroft, N.J.  There a team of Avaya engineers develops a comprehensive test plan for each application to verify whether it is Avaya compliant.  Doing so ensures businesses can confidently add best-in-class capabilities to their network without having to replace their existing infrastructure—speeding deployment of new applications and reducing both network complexity and implementation costs.
